A Business Correspondent (BC) is a local agent appointed by a bank to offer basic banking in places without a branch. Customers can open accounts, deposit and withdraw cash with Aadhaar, send money, and join insurance and pension schemes at the BC point.
Who runs BC Mitra
BC Mitra is managed by UPICON (UP Industrial Consultants Ltd.), under the MSME & Export Promotion Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. UPICON supports BC agents across partner banks with field engineers, a support desk for call and technical issues, monthly commission statements, and incentive schemes.

Sign in to the BC Mitra Android app or the web portal with your registered mobile number and KO code to see your commission, raise support tickets, read notices from UPICON and your bank, and track scheme rewards.
