Banking services at BC points are provided by the respective partner bank. BC Mitra helps you find a point and supports the agents; it does not hold deposits.

Accuracy

BC point locations are confirmed by agents and field engineers. Timings and availability can change; call ahead for large cash withdrawals.

Agent accounts

Agents must keep their login details private. Commission statements are shown as received from the bank; disputes are settled with the bank.
