What we collect
For BC agents and field engineers: name, mobile number, KO code, bank, address, district, pincode, the GPS location and photo of the BC point, support tickets, and commission statements shared by partner banks. For website visitors: what you enter in the contact form.
Why we collect it
To let agents see their commission, resolve support tickets, send notices and scheme updates, and to help citizens find the nearest BC point.
What is public
The public map and search show a BC point's bank, area, approximate location and the agent's first name with an initial. Mobile numbers, KO codes and commission data are never public.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the partner bank of the BC point and with UPICON staff who support the network, or where the law requires it.
